Beginning Guitar

Beginners will be introduced to chord and note-reading, rhythm and basic playing styles. Students will also learn correct strumming techniques and how to tune the guitar. Lots of hands-on experience enables students to play many songs right from the start! Enrollment is limited allowing for plenty of individual attention. Student must provide his/her own guitar. (Affordable guitars are also available for purchase.) $12.00 for Music Book w/CD is payable to instructor at first class. 6 weeks session.

Beginning Ukulele

One of the most popular instruments because of it’s versatility, students of the will learn how to play chords using a variety of strumming patterns, transposing and how to tune the instrument. Bring your uke and start playing today! (Affordable ukuleles available for purchase.) A $12 material fee is payable to the instructor at the first class. 6 weeks session.

Music in Me

Music in Me is a dynamic readiness program for young children with emphasis on ear training, solfege singing, movement, keyboard activities, pitch and rhythm awareness. Creativity is stressed. Parent involvement in class and at home.

Tunes for Tykes

Introduce your toddler to the joys of creating music through singing, rhythm instruments and body movement activities. Fill your little one with musical memories and enjoy quality parent/child time while forming a strong foundation in music! Parent participation is required.

Music Maker Munchkins

Surround Explore this dynamic music-readiness program with your child. Natural abilities such as rhythm, singing and ear training will inspire further musical studies. Keyboards, tambourines, drums, rhythm sticks and shakers will excite and delight your child, setting the stage for future musical success. Parent participation required.
