Veronica

Veronica Shin is a professionally trained voice and piano instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience and a Master of Music in Voice and Worship Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. She has performed leading operatic roles and brings authentic stage experience into every lesson.
As a former Adjunct Professor of Music in Los Angeles, Veronica has taught voice, piano, and music theory to students of all ages—from preschoolers to adults. Her teaching spans classical, pop, musical theater, contemporary worship, and audition preparation, with a strong emphasis on healthy technique, musical expression, and confident performance.
In voice training, Veronica guides students in building a solid vocal foundation through proper breathing, posture, diction, and tone production, while also nurturing emotional expression and stage presence. Each student receives individualized instruction designed to help their natural voice develop freely and safely.
In piano, Veronica focuses on establishing strong fundamentals in young learners and helping them grow into independent musicians. Instead of relying on memorization, students learn to read music, understand rhythm, and develop correct hand shape and technique from the start. This approach builds confidence at the keyboard and equips children to practice and play with understanding and accuracy.
Veronica is passionate about helping every student—whether a young beginner or an advanced performer—develop not only technical skill, but also confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love of music.
